Thank you divrei chizzuk.com for this incredile post!! you will get such a great feeling in thanking hashem&seeing extra brachos in ur life!!

I Heard a beautiful shiur about how all problems come from complaining feeling depressed, feeling down, crying for nothing. How Bnei Yisrael complaining and crying is the tikun we have to fix. How one has to thank Hashem for everything He does for us.
Then he spoke how people had problems (all kinds) and tried to just focus on thanking Hashem for 2 weeks and saw such help from above. Problems were solved and wonderful things were happening. Let us all try for the next 2 weeks just to focus on thanking Hashem for everything we have and what he has given us, include everything you can think of that Hashem put in the world. Look around and just thank Hashem no matter how small or how big it seems. Thank Hashem and say Gam Zu L'tova and put your trust in Him, believe in Hashem. As we are working on ourselves on saying THANK YOU TO HASHEM!!!
Here is a another thing I heard from the shiur. When one thanks Hashem all the windows in Hashem's palace are opened and Hashem pours down on that person yeshuos, hashem tells the melachaim send that person more and more, without the person even having to ask for it. But when a person cries for nothing is misyaesh feeling down complainig not happy all the windows in Hashem's palace are closed. That is what brings all the problems. Just keep thanking Hashem!!!!

How to be a ''CAN DO'' person.
“I was feeling down so I went to a class on the Torah approach to happiness. The young rabbi spoke well, and he was quite interesting, but when you’re not into something it is hard to take it seriously. He spoke about what he called ‘The Happiness Game’, which he said was a powerful tool for getting out of sad moods and staying upbeat. ‘All you have to do,’ he said with conviction, ‘is make a continuous list of your blessings that you add to each day, starting with the most obvious things in life, like your eyes, for example, and then your nose, etc. … because for everything you have there are people who don’t, so they count as blessings. And you keep adding to the list every time you can think of something for which to be grateful, even if it seems so obvious to you. There is some kind of psychological thing,’ he explained, ‘about seeing so many blessings on a single page or in a single book. It just lifts you,’ he finished. Personally, I didn’t think his little psychology game had much merit, at least not for me, so after the class I just forgot all about it. But, my situation worsened, and over the weeks I became more desperate for anything to lighten my mood. So, just to say I tried everything, I started playing his ‘Happiness Game’ and to my utter surprise it began to work for me instantly … and it just kept getting better. Even when I wasn’t adding to the list I felt the comfort of my blessings everywhere I went. When bad thoughts came to me to bring me down, remembering my list would lift me up again. I had great pleasure just reviewing the list over a cup of coffee, and it never got boring. There is this magical effect that keeps it alive and real for me, as if my emotions have a soft spot for it or something. After a while, I stopped adding to the list because the list became me. I may have forgotten many of the items, but I always feel as if I have everything to be grateful for, and feel no threat of depression anymore. And, I can always review the list …”
This is the other end of the continuum. On one side we have to believe that we’re going to get what we want and succeed at what we are trying to do. We have to be bota’ach — trust — in God and remember that nothing stands in the way of bitachon (Sha’arei Leshem, p. 114). Nothing
And He doesn't "do" just for some people, He is ready, willing, and able, to "do" for each and every Jew on this earth! But people have grown distant from Him, and have forgotten how to speak with Him. So I can tell you: Just talk to HaShem in your own words, your own language. He's the Creator of all language, He understands them all! Tell Him that you love Him, and want to get closer. Tell Him that you need whatever it is you need.
Rebbetzin Kamenetsky has tells people often that when I thank HaSHem for something He has done for me I am remiss if I do not immediately ask Him for something else.
She says- He loves to be asked for things!!!!
keep thanking Hashem & say over and over
"Hashem loves when I ask Him for things.

  1. WOW! THIS IS SO SO SO SO SO SO AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    1) i loved the clip! its so beutiful seeing all of Hashems creations and evrything!(animal/looking at all different tipes of veiws- lover!)i think i was really touched most to see the end-where everyone was dancing with each other/ davening together-as one, whether frum or modern, sfardim or akshanazim, iisraeli or not-it looked like-just so speshial to see that everyone was davening in unision, and calling out to Hashem in tears( i just cant balieve that they werent distracted with all the cameras-i would and thats why i always daven in my basment, with the door locked so that noone can disturb me, and i wouldnt here any noise or anything....)
    2) the 1st time i was a mothers helper in STERNBERG, i had a lot of boys to watch over and they of course were very shy, and stuck to there parents a lot the 1st 3 days until they actauly got to know me...i remember that just the 1st day every time i would try to destact them with something-2 min. later they wanted their mommy and tatty-all day, so i was really running around the whole day out of breath by trying to keep up with them from going to one place and once coming to the door/tent-all the way back accross the camp to where their parents were...when i was having my brake that day, i was just so exhausted i wasn't able to walk any more! (i felt like i have been in the gym for a tiring workout-over worked my self..LOL!) so i was just coming back from droping them off at the zoo to have my brake, and was going through the mishkan area thinking of this harble experimence so far-when suddently something crossed my mind; and then i gassped at just the thought! i was walking through Mishkon part-hello the Mishkan part! yikes! how can i dare think like that! here i am tottaly healthy, able to walk, run, jump, skip, hop, and even do gymnastics! and i'm saying that i wish i wouldn't have to run all over the place with them-hello! is this normal! they, crippled people, and many more are craving to be able to do the things i can-and here i am able to run and do mitzvote when ever i can, keep my body health-i'm even flexible-and i dare say that i wish i wouldn't be able to do this running around any more! i

  2. (i had no room so continuation is here...)should be happy to be able to run around with them-it just gives me a boost to be able to run even more when i do nead to do a mitzvah!how could i have just thought of such a thing!
THIOS WAS THE 1ST TIME I OPENED MY EYES TO THE CREATIONS HASHEM CREATED AROUND ME AND IN ME AS WELL! I THEN STARTED SAYING THANK YOU HASHEM I'M A LIVE, I'M BREATHING! FOR THE CREATURES AND BEUTIFUL TREES AND GRASS/PLANTS YOU CREATED-JUST FOR ME-TO KEEP ME HAPPY AND FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO BREATH-AND JUST ENJOY LIFE!

FROM THEN ON IF I EVER TALK TO HASHEM AND JUST THANK HIM FOR THINGS IT CAN TAKE ME TO COVER-JUST FROM HEAD TO TOE ABT 45-60MIN! BECAUSE AFTER ALL ITS JUST SUCH A MIRRICAL TO THINK ABOUT WHAT HASHEM DOES FOR US EVERY DAY-FOR EVEN THE SMALL LITTLE THINGS! FOR EX. NAILS,TONGUES-WE ARE CONTROLLING OUR TONGUES WITHOUT EVEN REALIZING IT FOR IF NOT IT WOULD PROBABLY BE HANGING OUT OF OUR MOUTH-OR WHEN WE ARE HANGING UPSIDE-DOWN OUR TONGUE WOULD BE IN OUR THROUGHT IF WE DIDN'T CONTROLL IT!...ETC....
    3) My Rabbi today was just giving us a shiur on tefilah- i kinda nead to get off the computer now so i'll just say in short...He was saying that Mincha is the most powerful, and that we can connect to Hashem the most through Mincha, and how if we do something regularly for ex. daven in shual every week/ day Hashem gives us an ear(like how you say it with an open window...)and is in the shual waiting for us to daven, b4 we are even there...and He takes notice on who is davening in shual, and how-if for one day we dont show up then He'll say hey, why didnt so and so come to shual today? did he decide that tefilah isn't so important? and then Hashem will check and based on what He sees He'll decide if its a good reason to miss shual halavai-if not...and if its something we usualy do and the suddently don't do we get an even greater avairah-even if its not conciderd as an avairah-like if we say tehillim and then suddently don't...something like that.. its hard to describe it in short and not in a whole few min. speach...
