  1. Chaya Sara, it came out really good! I'm so impressed with whoever took the video, tell her she did a great job!
And I'm even more impressed with the person speaking on this clip! :-)

Chaya Sara, I have no words! You are seriously incredible! It's nice to give me thanks for starting this blog but look whose idea it was and look who is the one inspiring the world and changing so many peoples lives!!! You are super special and I am so lucky to have you as my sister!

Every person who is reading this blog can also say, "Thank you Hashem for the gift of inspiration and for putting such a special person like Chaya Sara into this world!!"

  2. CS, this 'speech'(!?) of yours is really inspirational! I love the message you bring across, and the way in which you elaborated on it. Like that it's very attainable to all of us (not like this huge madreiga...), you know? Anyway, ythe lesson is great and now I'm more motivated than I was before I listened.
What I enjoy doing is fusing the terms 'I love you Hashem' and 'Thank you Hashem'. When something good happens, I first say "Thank you, Hashem!" and immediately follow up with an "I love you, Hashem!"

  5. Hashem thank you for sending such incredible shelichim to this world!!! i just got to Eretz Yisroel today BH and im already begining to get nervous that i wont make the most of this trip, i keep thinking like how do i feel it? how do i connect? how to i tap into all that this most holy place has to offer? and guess wat - i open chaya saras blog and the answer is right in front of my eyes seein words is one thing hearing it from chaya saras mouth is definitely a step up but now i get the best of everything seein chaya sara say it wat more can u ask for??????????? now tell me Hashem is not good to us how can we ever say that??? its all about opening yours eyes whether your in new york or Eretz Yisroel no matter where u r its there just waitin for us to take advantage its handed to us on silver platter - the human body alone is breathtaking do we realize wat kind coordination has to occur in the body just while typing this comment how about a sunset or flower did u ever think about a flower how brilliant it is - we breathe in all the oxygen that the flowers dont need and we breathe out carbon dioxide which the flower takes in. Hashem created everything for us!!!!! put on a new pair of glasses and things will seem to be clearer and brighter our days will automatically become sunnier wen we see Hashem constantly runnin our lives and understand the only One to ever rely on is Hashem! also wat ruchiccio said is really true if u start to become used to constantly sayin Baruch Hashem and Im Yirtze Hashem talkin and i find in texting (if anyone knows wat that is )that it especially makes a dif because u hav to consciously write it another thing i found that helped me was being careful about kissing the mezuza just wanted to say that im rly talking to myself with all this another thing to thank Hashem for giving me this blog to express all my thoughts !!! Hashem is really good to us yes to all of u!( if anything sounds like gibberish... i flew all today and now my hours are all confused so i x really think so straight)

  6. chaya sars! ur incredible:) u just make me smile! i love it!
those of you who know chaya sara personally will know that this video captures her exactly. the most common words you hear out of her is "AHshem is sooooooooooooo amazing! you just have to open you're eyes to see it! " "Isn't ahshem amazing?" and I can just hear her voice saying it.
so it's not just someone talking on video. it's real. more real than you can imagine. that alone is an inspiration cuz it's not just words. it's a possible thing to aspire to.

  8. HI Chaya Sora,
First of all thank you for your beautiful blog, i love coming here! I have a question, so I've heard you speak a couple of times(i don't think you know me(yet!) and i'm not saying i do it all the time but i try to say thank you hashem, i love you when something works out well. This past week i was fixing something for another girl and it really wasn't working, but B'H in the end it worked out- and of coarse i said hashem i love you!! Thank You for helping it work! The other girl started laughing- it 1) made me feel stupid 2) made me rethink my whole train of thought maybe saying it really doesn't make sense! maybe its just something to think but not actually physically verbalize am i right? or wrong?

  9. Chaya Sara,
this is such an awesome way of living...
but for your typical bais yaakov girl, to be talking as if hashem is her BFF, it may look a little ODD! (know what i mean)
so do you have a way to live this way, but without verbalizing it to the masses???
and btw could you pls. respond back to anonymous (me), by the Hashem loves me blog..
    thanks for all you do))

  10. great ?s from the anonymous girls! so you wanted to know, if you live with HASHEM IN YOUR LIFE IS IT WEIRD TO EXPRESS IT OUT LOUD???
ONE VERY IMP. THING YOU NEED TO KNOW DIFFERENT STROKES FOR DIFF. FOLKS... MEANING EVRYONE IS MADE OF DIFF. STUFF... FOR ONE PERSON THEY WOULD WANT TO SAY HASHEM I LOVE YOU OUT LOUD, SO THAT PPL CAN LEARN AND REMIND THEM WHERE IT ALL COMES FROM. WHILE SOME PPL JUST WANT TO KEEP IT IN THEIR HEART:) SOME PPL JSUT SAY IT QUIETLY! FOR SURE YOU CAN KEEP IT ONLY BETWEEN YOU AND HASHEM:)AND NOONE HAS TO HEAR OR KNOW! SO ITS YOUR CHOICE AS LONG AS YOU KNOW THAT APPRICIATING HASHEM IS SOOO IMP. SO ALL YOU COULD DO IS THINK IT OR SAY IT QUIETLY!!
THERE ARE NOO RULES WHEN IT COMES TO BUILDING A REAL RELATIONSHIP YOU NEED TO DO WHATEVR MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD!
IF SOMEONE LAUGHED SHE PROB. NEVER HEARD PPL SAY THAT. IT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU DID SOMETHING WRONG!
THE MORE YOU TURN TO HASHEM THE SWEETER LIFE BECOMES!! SO THANK HIM
WHEN YOU ARE WALKING BY YOURSELF JUST THINK OF ALL THE GOOD HE DOES FOR YOU HOW HE WORKS EVERYTHING OUT JUST FOR LITTLE ANONYMOUS...TRY TO CLOSE YOUR CELL PHONE FOR ONE MIN. AND INSTEAD THANK HIM AS YOU ARE WALKING BY YOURSELF FOR WHAREVR WORKED OUT FOR YOU!!
PLS LET ME KNOW HOW THAT GOES FOR YOU!!

  11. I just wanted to comment about ppl "laughing" when we talk about Hashem in certain ways:
A few years ago when I was going through a challenging time, one of my newish friends texted me, "Just talk to Hashem like He is your best friend." Honestly, I thought she was nuts! I hadn't heard of such a concept and felt weird about it... I was desperate and decided to try it out... I still thank that friend for bringing me into the Real world of HKB"H and having a real relationship with Him. (In fact just yesterday it came up in conversation with her and I thanked her again for what good it brought me!)
At this point, your friend may not appreciate It, but don't be afraid to express yourself. If you know the good that is out there, share ppl in on the secret! They will be thanking you one day!
(Just to illustrate the point of sharing concepts of Hashem. Chaya Sara told me this mashal about 4 years ago that I'd like to share. She said that when a person discovers a gold mine, he will go back home and tell his friends and family about the good fortune they can have as well! Avraham Avinu found Hashem in this world and that is why he was so into kiruv and bringing others closer to Hashem. When you discover the Truth, you feel a burning desire to let others in on the Beauty! So share this gift with others and let everyone what a wonderful thing it is to be connected to HKB"H!!!)

  13. your comment abt. its a great idea to bring hashem into your life... it just sounds so foreign. Reminds me of a really cute story in a kiruv camp. jessica was putting away some sefarim(books) on the shelf and since she did not know hebrew she ws putting them upside down! so lauren goes over to her and tells her oh! let me show you how to put these books the right way! jessica was shocked what are these letters on this book she asked?? lauren told her oh! they are alef bet.. what is that? SHE said come ill teach you the letters.. jessica said BUT IM TOO OLD FOR THAT!! SHE WAS ONLY IN 6TH GRADE:)LAUREN TELLS HER YOUR NOT TOO OLD RABBI AKIVA LEARNT ALEF BAIS WHEN HE WAS IN HIS 40'S.. WHO IS THAT???? BACK AND FORTH FINALLY SHE SAID PLS TEACH ME THESE LETTERS!!!!!!! AND WE DID SHE GOT SO EXCITED DECIDED SHE WANTS TO GO TO YESHIVA!!!! SO IN THE POURING RAIN SHE CALLED HER MOTHER AND SAID I WANT TO GO TO YESHIVA!! I KNOW ALEF BAIS!! SHE LEARNT IT IN ABT. 2 WEEKS!!!! UNREAL TODAY SHE IS GROWING MORE AND MORE!! YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEONE CAN BECOME ITS NEVER TOO EARLY OR TOO LATE TO START CUZ YOU HAVE NOOO CLUE WHAT YOU COULD BECOME!! EACH TIME YOU THANK HASHEM, YOU BRING THE GEULA CLOSER(ZOHAR SAYS THIS!) YOU ARE AFFECTING MANY PPL AROUND THE WORLD WITH YOUR LITTLE HEART IN BORO PARK OR FLATBUSH THAT IS WAKING UP AND WANTING TO SEE IN WHAT WAY SHE COULD ENHANCE HER RELATIONSHIP WITH HASHEM!!
PLS START NOW WE NEED YOU!! KLAL YISROEL NEEDS NEW COMERS TO LOVE THEIR YIDDISHKEIT!!!
THANK YOU FOR THINKING ABT IT AND COMING CLOSER TO YOUR MOST LOVING FATHER IN HEAVEN!!
    "YOU CAN DO IT!!"
    GOOD QUOTE:
"CONFESS YOUR SINS TO HASHEM AND YOU WILL BE FORGIVEN CONFESS THEM TO MANKIND AND YOU WILL BE LAUGHED AT!!"
so start one baby step at a time for 20 sec. just tell him thank u!! it feels soo good cuz he is the best listener never interrups you.... always there for you forever and ever no matter where you go!!
may you open your heart and pls let him in you are never tooo old for someone like hashem who loves you!!!!!

  15. btw i 4 got to add-i always go online and collect dvar torahs and stuff i just started this in the begining of the year
anyways it says that when yakove came down and saw yosef he right away said shima. the question is...why did yakove spacificaly say shima just then and not b4 or after? The whole dvar torah was basicaly sayn that if yakove wouldnt have called out to Hashem just then to say thank you then Yakove wouldnt have reached the leval of kedusha that he reached-he got much closer to hashem 4 calln out to hashem just then.

so when s/t happens to us dont wait until its over4 and then call out to hashem-call while yoour morwe amazed w/ what hashem did 4 u-b4 it wears out a little...

  16. Wow, Liat, that is too cool!! You see how Hashem was watching over you every second!! And yes, that's right, we should thank Hashem for the good He does for us while we are in the moment of inspiration - because then we will feel so much more thankful than if we wait until later when it already starts to rub off!!

  17. It’s so important to serve Hashem with simcha and ahava, and to realize that our neshama is not just here for Torah and Mitzvos, but for another purpose, a tikun. Our "baggage" and our challenges are here perhaps to force us into our tikun. Every test a jew has if for their good, because it brings you closer to fulfilling your tafkid. Hashem loves you, so He tests you, in order to bring you close to Him. The ways of Hashem are deep and we don’t understand them, But when a person realizes Hashem’s rachamim on them, and Hashems TREMENDOUS love.....Hashem is a compassionate and loving G/D! When a person realizes Hahems tremendous love for them, it helps them come close, and it makes them joyful and WANT to come close to Him. When a person goes through a hard time, if they feel Hashems love for them then it makes their challenge easier to face. It really bothers me that in school very often Judaism is portrayed so negatively. Time and time again i watch girl go off the derech. Sadly i watch the deep thinkers ask their intelligent questions and be told off for asking. I am so against so many of the teaching that we learn in my school. Learning in a negative way should not be something that is allowed. Hashem loves us. Hashem always loves us. Why can’t we learn that Hashem loves us??? How can any person possibly serve Hashem mae ahava if they don’t feel Hashem’s love? I wish that the Bais yaakov system (i am NOT referring to all schools) WOULD TEACH JUDAISM IN A WAY THAT WOULD INSTILL PRIDE. MOSHE EMES VESORASO EMES. our religion is true. If someone is going through a hard time, or is sick or has challenges-then there could be many reasons for it. maybe Hashem is doing it to bring them close to Him, or Maybe it is to be a kapara for klal yisroel, Its not correct to give over the message that if someone is sick then it is because they did avayros and they are getting punished. It’s not the only reason, and besides the point..Even if a person does get onesh-Hahsem is punishing a person out of ahava, Hahsem is punishing us to cleanse us and to bring us closer, not because Hashem hates someone that does an avayra ...learning in this way makes everyone feel worthless. Everyone is going to do an avayrah at some point in their life. And everyone has the opportunity to cleanse themselves and to do teshuva, and by doing teshuva we come closer to hashem then we were before we did the avaira!!!! HASHEM LOVES US! And the only way to possibly serve hashem properly is to realize that everything that hashem does is out of love for you. Hashem gave us the torah and mitzvos as a guide. By keeping them we will become close to hashem. And closeness to hashem is the greatest pleasure!! But if we learn all about how hashem dumps tzaros on us and someone who has it hard is because they are a bad person..Then someone who is going through a nesayon WONT WANT TO TURN TO HASHEM FOR HELP. PLEEEEEEAAAASE THIS TYPE OF LEARNING IS DESTROYING OUR PEOPLE. WE HAVE TO BE SO CAREFUL TO GIVE OVER A POSITIVE VIEW IF OUR PRECIOUS HERITAGE. Please is there a way to speak to the school so that they will change the learning to a more positive type of learning???

    ReplyDelete
  18. Well said, last anon! to give some practical ideas of how to infuse more of that type of learning into our schools, maybe we (schools who are interested and willing) can dedicate one period a week, (to START with) to bringing in speakers who feel that passion for yiddishkeit, who can speak to both the class and individuals one on one, regarding many areas of a jewish lifestyle. there is definitely a tremendous and apparent need for this type of intervention. thanks for bringing it up here:)..... PS, a big part of the job discription for somebody who wants to undertake this avodas hakadosh is that they have to feel and portray an image of being THRLLED to be an eved Hashem, cos' otherwise it just dont work ;)
